Our guests in 2009 commented on the fact that our prices are “ very good value for money”. So, we have decided not to increase them for 2010 to retain the same level of interest. Unless, we have a “Special Offer” shown, we are unable to offer any further discounts.

"SPECIAL OFFER" for MAY. 5% discount on 1 week & 10% on 2 WEEKS.

A non-returnable deposit of £150 per week secures your booking. There is a returnable inventory deposit of £150 required against damage/breakages (repaid by internet banking on departure). The balance and inventory are payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday.

Holidays booked at 8 weeks or less require a non-returnable deposit of 50%, & the balance & inventory deposit to be paid by agreement - not less than 1 week before arrival.

If you would like to pay for your Holiday in stage payments rather than deposit/balance, we will be pleased to make suitable arrangements with you.

Please arrive from 4.00 pm and vacate the house by 10.00 am (local times). Arrival times are negotiable if the property is free. Changeover days are often Sat or Sun, however our aim is to be flexible whenever possible. Please check availability with us.

We consider that the house and gardens are not suitable for toddlers and babies who are beginning to walk or crawl.
